• Acquire and provide support for IT hardware and software
• Set up the network and the CCTV equipment.
• Coordinating with the IT supplier to set up the network device configuration.
• Basic Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Office 365,AWS).
• Setting up new accounts & email for onboarding and offboarding users
in AD with assign O365's license SharePoint, Team, OneDrive.
• Service orientation when user onboarding.
• Repair and replace IT equipment as necessary with check follow up

• Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
