• Bachelor's degree to PhD in Science, Chemistry, Petrochemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Responsible for assigned duties.
• Detail-oriented, creative, enjoys research and experimentation, and is an inventor.

• Good knowledge of science and mathematics.
• Physically strong, resilient, and able to perform duties effectively.
• Observant, systematic thinker, and able to present research findings clearly in both speech and writing.
• If working in a state enterprise, knowledge of measurement instruments and quality system ISO 9000 is preferred.
