Explore the demand and technical development
Job Opportunities / Market Demand / Market Trends
The software industry is a crucial sector for the economic development of the country, with a high growth rate in investment value. However, there is still a significant shortage of software personnel. Current estimates suggest that there are about 30,000 software professionals, but in the next five years, the software industry will need as many as 70,000 personnel. The supply side can only produce about 40,000 professionals (National Economic and Social Development Board, 2006), leading to a continued demand for workforce, especially in the area of commercial software personnel, particularly designers, where the demand remains high.
